DropSignal is still in development. These terms describe the intended service and will be reviewed and updated before public accounts and subscriptions are offered.
1. The service
DropSignal is a mobile information service intended to identify unusually strong public retailer-direct offers and possible pricing errors, verify available evidence, match qualified signals to user preferences, and link users to a retailer’s product or store page.
DropSignal is not a retailer, seller, payment processor, purchasing agent, or fulfillment provider.
2. Signals are information, not a promise
A Verified deal classification means DropSignal independently observed a public offer that passed its internal checks. A Possible pricing error is an extreme anomaly that passed minimum publication checks but may have been posted unintentionally.
Neither classification guarantees that a retailer will keep a price, accept or fulfill an order, maintain inventory, or preserve any promotion. Prices, eligibility, and availability can change between verification and checkout.
3. Retailers control every transaction
The retailer—not DropSignal—controls product descriptions, price, promotions, taxes, eligibility, membership requirements, inventory, payment, order acceptance, cancellation, shipping, pickup, returns, refunds, warranties, and fulfillment. Your transaction is governed by the retailer’s terms and policies.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
When accounts become available, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or bulk extract protected projections, retarget push credentials, impersonate others, or use DropSignal to automate purchasing or abusive retail activity.
5. Plans and subscriptions
Free, Pro, and Elite differ primarily by signal-release timing and preference capabilities. Apple App Store or Google Play will administer paid purchases, renewals, cancellation, and refunds under their rules. Store-presented pricing and terms control if they differ from this pre-launch website.
Timing begins when DropSignal first observes and qualifies an offer. Source cadence, verification, networks, push providers, device settings, quiet hours, and safety controls can affect availability or delivery. Processing targets are not guarantees.
6. Clean commerce model
DropSignal is designed without advertising, sponsored placement, or affiliate links. View deal opens the retailer’s public destination without a DropSignal purchase commission. We may change the business model only with clear disclosure and updated terms.
7. Intellectual property
DropSignal’s software, design, branding, analysis, compilation, and original content are protected by applicable law. Retailer names, product names, marks, content, and product data belong to their respective owners. Planned coverage does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties that every signal will be accurate, actionable, timely, or continuously available. DropSignal is not responsible for retailer acts or omissions, missed opportunities, canceled orders, price changes, inventory changes, or purchases made based on a signal.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension, deletion, and changes
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, retailers, or the service; comply with law; or address abuse. You may request account deletion through the app when public accounts launch. We may update the service and these terms, with notice when required.
